Macros pretty good again today! Calories looked better too. Staying busy. About to get my weight back where it was before my few splurges last weekend. It is amazing how you can put it on so fast but it comes off sooooo slow. LOL

My energy level keeps getting better and better.

Steps were under 7000 but my work website says I've walked 83 miles this month. That is pretty awesome; for me anyway!
