I feel so disappointed in myself. I said I was going to start being more healthy but even when I succeed one day, the rest of the week is horrible. The food doesn't even make me happy anymore but I still keep eating it. I feel just a little depressed.

You expressed exactly how I've felt the last couple days. I try to remember that this is a long-term commitment to be healthy. One or two slip-ups is okay.
Remember, we've become accustomed to bad habits and we have to retrain ourselves to have good habits.
