Back on track! Either I wasn't tracking calories accurately before - or was having too many Happy Hour drinks... I think I'll celebrate tonight with a drink :)
184.0 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
