I've been following the program but unfortunately breast cancer got in the way so I'm stalled. Double mastectomy on July 10. Not beating myself up about it. Just staying on plan

Diet followed reasonably well.

I'll just be glad when I'm off all antibiotics and pain meds. Really glad when all drains are removed and eternally grateful when I get to take a shower!
