Not really gaining weight. Ate a late dinner last night and this is what happens since I always weight at 6AM no matter what time I eat, go to bed or get up. This number doesn't surprise or upset me. This is why I'm thrilled that I now only really look at my weight on the weekly averages. If this week averages to 201, I'm golden, and I'm pretty sure it will.

What's irksome is that I have business functions four nights out of five this week and can't get to the gym again until Saturday. Grrr.


202.0 lb Lost so far: 78.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

If you can't make a gym training - go and do some activities outside. Outdoors don't have an opening times - it's available 24/7. It's summer outside, so it is light early or late. Of course, the question is how much do you want that. But I know you have the spirit and right attitude!

I hear you! I'm right there with you. cycling my butt off and not losing one lbs. should i give up and stop cycling? of course not since this is no longer about weight but about never giving up! I will pick up the pace after Sunday. remember weight loss is just the result of our efforts, not the effort itself! (hmmm, they should put that on a t-shirt)
