I need to go back and update the rest of my journals lol! Anyhow, I woke up today to a bad allergy attack but now that I have done my oil pulling and such, I was able to take my medication for them. Anyhow, I have vowed that today is going to be a good day. So far, it has been. I am preparing for my workout but stopped to update this. I am feeling pretty confident in myself and the hard work I have done so far. Yeah I might not be overly toned yet...and still have a spare tire around my middle...but it is starting to go away. I do believe I will always suffer from having that excess skin but I am honestly going to save up to get it removed. I'll take the scar. :)
