Very frustrated. I had lost 6 pounds by friday last week and then made bad decisions over the weekend. I have decided to NOT weigh myself everyday. I also need to stay under that 100 carb count per day. I think I may need to be eating more, but I'm not hungry. This is so much about lifestyle change. I do fine during the day, but start to struggle once the kids get home and life kicks into full gear!
