Decided to shift gears here. Will now just be tracking for the sake of tracking, just for my own personal information. I will still keep my journal public, just in case anyone is interested, but will not be sticking to any particular "diet". I really want to just how off I am in terms of eating a regular balanced(in my own opinion) and excising regularly. This is really only to develop the habit of tracking everyday.
246.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 66.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
