I hadn't weight my body muscle, fat and water saturation for a long time (at least no evidence of that), but found results of August, 2012.

2 years ago it showed:
* Body fat - 40%;
* Water - 41%;
* Muscles - 33%.

Today:
* Body fat - 27% (-13%);
* Water - 54% (+13%);
* Muscles - 39% (+6%).

So according to fat charts, my body fat is average (ideal would be 24%). Let's hope to reach the ideal weight and body fat rate soon.
