Week 7 day 2 - tummy workout + resistance machines. Good workout. Increased resistance on the machines. managed treadmill 20 mins too with no pain. Guess there are good days and bad days and today was a good day!Have a BLT class tonight then straight to cinema openair screening of a film which is part of the Arts festival going on. missing my swim and sauna tonight :)
123.2 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
