I fell off the diet. Last 3 weeks I have not exercised & ate everything I saw and wanted. But...I have resumed my healthier lifestyle. I have exactly 298 days to get skinny for Mickey.
178.8 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 43.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
