I was hoping for another 6 lb drop! But I'll take a pound. I am doing more yard work as exercise, so that's a plus. I'm getting used to the healthier routine and forgot to drink enough water Friday and Saturday on my cheat days. As a working mom of three, having my energy back has made a huge difference for my fam.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
