Three years since I was last here and I gained 10 lbs in those years. Nothing tastes as good as thin feels so I'm back in the saddle. Luckily I found an old food diary from years ago and I think I finally see my old pattern which makes me gain weight. I will lose it this time, it might be bit harder to get my butt up to exercise, but that is the only way I will be able to lose weight.
