154.8 lbs! To tell you the truth, I don't remember being this weight in the past. When I got married I was 130 lbs and the next time I weighed was when I was pregnant at 188. I know I must have been in the 150's sometime, but just don't know when. Between 130 and 188, I was in college and getting married and just living. It is kind of a blur now. lol
154.8 lb Lost so far: 47.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know what you mean Deb, I went from 105 lbs, me being only 5'3" tall then having 4 children and ending at 198 lbs... you start to ask, will I ever be small again....BUT it proves that you can overcome anything when you put the effort into something you yearn for, and I am really focusing on that 135 lbs. And you are proving to all of us that it can be done, your numbers are great..

Deb, you are truly AWESOME & inspiring for all of us at Fat Secret! I've got a long way to go yet, but your success assures me that I CAN (& WILL) DO THIS! Sadly, I weighed more than you do now in the 8th grade, & I have over 100 lbs to lose still before I get to where you are now! So by all means, enjoy your new skinnier self, & look forward to that glorious & soon-coming day when you reach your maintenance diet level. Doin a Happy Dance 4U! Skinny Hugs, Glammer
