Good Morning,
I don't know what happened today all I could muster was 39 minutes of my workout and fell 10 minutes shorts, felt like I was out of energy dizzy at times was drinking plenty of water during the workout just sweating profusely.

On a different note nothing like having 1500cc's and rumble between your legs and a gorgeous morning to ride the motorcycle.

you lucky thing. There is no better way to get to work than on a bike. it makes the day seem so much better. As for the energy, did you eat well yesterday? I think sometimes that is my problem... I eat a very strict diet (often with too few calories and always low carb) and sometimes, I think my sugar level is low. I don't check it like i should given that i am a diabetic but I am thinking I may start checing it more. Since you exercise in the a.m., I am not sure if you eat first or what but you might want to think about that and maybe have a small slice of a higher sugar fruit handy just in case you feel that 'weak' feeling or sinking spell as my grandmother calls it. Just a thought. We all know I am no expert on exercise LOL

Be careful. As active (both in fitness and in working around the house/garage) as you are combined with the heat rolling across the country, your body might be telling you to have an easy day. A slightly shorter workout was still a god way to start today.

Thanks everyone, and yes it could be is because all I had was coffee and water before working out. but then I geuss I should have had a couple of pieces of pineapple before I started so I will try that tomorrow morning. Yes cruising the bike to work some morning it just makes it hard to go to work instead of just to keep riding.
