Good morning! Got my 5k in yesterday. It was dark by the time I got home as we didn't set out until 9pm... but I got it done lol. I thought about being like meeehhhh, forget it it's late. But I did it anyway. Miles up to 43.2.

Feeling overwhelmed today. Lots of financial stress, never helps. I want to get to the gym by ten today, need to reschedule a vet appointment, clean the house, study for my test and have dinner done by four so I can eat before class at 5. I was going to go to wal mart and return a pad I got for my bicycle seat and get a new seat instead, but that can wait until tomorrow. Little things like these trigger anxiety for me, so the sooner I come up with a plan the better off I am. On second thought, perhaps I will stay home and do my kettle bell workout today. I really need to get more strength training in anyway. Busy Busy.

In other news, I have been getting some fresh veg and fruit into my diet daily. I'm pretty proud lol. I had a salad with fresh cucumber and green pepper last night, then fresh blueberries in my yogurt as a snack. I would like more variety, but I can work with what I've got.

Today is the start of 2MC's try a triathlon challenge so I'm going to try to work out a schedule for that too. Excited to get started with biking, running, and swimming. Should kick up my miles and kick my ass lol.

Hope all is well, buddies. Have a wonderful day!

So glad you joined the challenge! You're doing amazing. I don't know that I would have the determination at 9pm to get my 5K in. I have to do it early in the morning before my body realizes what's up.

Yeah Yolanda! You definitely have a lot more determination than I at this point as far as exercise goes! LOL Great goin'!! I'm happy you got it in, I know you'd mentioned you were behind a little and wanted to get caught up. Is that a challenge you're doing right now?.....2ManyCurves, I'm with you on that! I'd have to do it in the morning too!! LOL

Thanks everyone!! Yes Lotus, I'm In a couple challenge. The triathlon challenge by 2MC just started, but at the beginning of July I started a 75-31 challenge. It's a challenge to get seventy five miles in thirty one days :) I'm right on track for making that goal, and I keep working every day towards it.
