Seems this loss is going pretty fast.

These social events can be murder. I employ a strategy when I fear going over. I ate 16 ounces of watermelon last week prior to attending a Chamber of Commerce Mixer where I knew there would be tempting treats. It helped - I was so full, I could only have 3 potstickers instead of about 15. Watermelon saved the day.

P.S. Great job keeping on track. I think you're still holding a lot of water. Have you had a good, sweaty workout since you've been back?

I'm now in Week 3 of P90X, and it is a definite time commitment. I postponed starting it for months, and even though by the end of the first week, my body felt like I had been trampled by herd of buffalo, I knew it was a great decision to finally start it! Good luck!

My husband does the p90x for a few months and then off for a few months. Off and on for 5 years. He always feels better when he is doing it. Congrats on the weight loss.

WOO HOO! I love when I'm right on the money like that. And your calculations were right on, too. Way to go. Nothing like dumping some salt via sweat to get those numbers where you need them.
