My gym re-opens today after being shut down since mid last week for renovations... I look forward to getting back on the arc trainer and "sweating to the oldies" :-) I've managed to "maintain" my weight with a minor spike during that time... but look forward to getting back on the "horse" and getting the "olde ticker" pumping hard again!
A NSV over the weekend... I bought a couple new pair of work pants... size 34s... The 36" waist pants I was wearing looked REDICULOUSLY big on me. On my last belt loop too... Woooo Hoooo
