wow, so i went way over in my points today, but i guess that just means that I can't go over for the rest of the week. dang this stuff takes commitment!

it sure does! but we can do it. everytime i really want to eat something bad, i just think about how i want to be at a healthy weight and fitting into my clothes EVEN MORE. it really has been working. oh yeah, and i've been drinking a friggin TON of water which will keep you feeling more full all day.
