Nearly forgot to update my journal lol! Today has been pretty good. I still need to work out though it is getting well into the evening. I decided to wait since I got up a bit late. Today has been fairly good. I went and cleaned with my mom...the house was horrible! And I brought Piper along which actually made my job harder. We got it done though. Had a few errands to run and honestly, we went to Target and I was craving chocolate...but instead I got a bag of popcorn. I thought that salty would help curb the crave for sweet...it worked so far.

I made lasagna for the second time ever...I think it came out pretty well though the others wanted it to have more...spice. I just can't eat spicy things so yeah. Oh well. Had a salad on the side and I am honestly good. Nice and full. :)

Ooh it is sooo hard. But then again, I managed to kick the soda habit so...I CAN DO THIS! :D
