No gym, so tired was having to struggle to stay awake driving home after work. I was also hungry after not finishing my lunch and no fruit snacks in the pm. Everyone I talked to at work today was simply tired.

Came home, had 2 glasses of tomato juice and buttermilk, 1 ounce each of almonds and dry roasted peanuts, whole wheat toast, and 1 cup of bing cherries. Odd combo. Stomach is feeling bloated and gassy, no hula hoop. Am in bed it's 7:30, lights out in a few.

that is truly a gassy cocktail you put together for sure. Feel better and get some rest.

I cannot eat high carbs, if I do i get sleep, and tired, now that I started the 20 grams of carb or lower challenge, yesterday I started it, but it starts to day officially, I felt so much energy yesterday.

Just tired and ate an odd combo the my stomach didn't like together. Was dead sound asleep by 8:00, dogs woke me up a few minutes before my alarm went off. It's hard to get enough sleep in the summer since it s light later. Have been getting 6 hours instead of at least 7 and 8-10 on weekends. Did not do my normal few minutes of exercise yesterday, ran out of time, had to leave for work, so energy boost early in the day. Romiah, I can't do low carb as it simply makes me sick. My body does better on a more vegetarian diet with an occasional smattering of animal proteins. I will add some fish today and legumes the rest of the week as I have been eating more grains and nuts.

I'm sure there was a 'cause and effect thing' going on - everyone talks about being tired.. we all feel it.
