I've been on this diet for 2 weeks, the first week I lost 10 lbs, and now a week later I'mn still sitting at the same weight....I think my scale is broke...lol. I'm throughly disgusted and disappointed. :(

You have lost 10 pounds in two weeks. I lose two pounds in two weeks, lol! Our bodies need time to adjust. Some people even have small gains after such huge loss. Patience and and keep on keeping on!!!!
