Half a pound is better than nothing, I guess ;)
117.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

Half a pound for a person who is already at a low weight and has very little to lose is like 5 pounds for a person with 50 pounds to lose. You have very little fat on your body, so it's going to come off in smaller amounts. You are doing great!
