Jenfar's Journal, 21 July 2014

Was very careful this weekend and probably blew it by indulging on 1 icecream yesterday evening...I could have had half and saved half for another weekend but it was going down gooooood! Was at the gym this burning to burn it off, I usually take Mondays mornings off from gym. Did the shopping today too instead of in the weekend so maybe that helped to keep some calories off. Did buy some lovely cheese from the counter though and had some toasted pittas but that will be breakfast/lunch and just planning on some vegs for snacking before Dance fusion class tonight. Hope you all had a very good weekend!
125.9 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's summer. One ice cream cone doesn't make you over weight. You enjoyed it, now you can get back on plan. It's the constant overeating that makes us gain. Your chart looks like a rollercoaster, lol! But it's going DOWNWARD and that's all that matters. Great job!

Haha Suzi161, my chart is a rollercoaster, you can see it go down during the week and up again on Monday morning...at least i'm hitting a lower high every Monday for the past few weeks and that is very encouraging! Concert was fantastic TX!
