horrible week altogether, not much motivation this week to stay on track.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well let's fix that. First is realizing the lack of motivation. Second is finding it within yourself or reaching out to get some. Go right now and walk for a half hour or do a hitt workout. Remember your purpose or reason what made you start your journey in the first place.

Look out the window and watch the life. Look for your internal fire, think in all that you have done in the life. Look at your family, look at yourself! You have 2 legs, 2 arms and 20 fingers. Sometimes, we got motivation right in front of us. Once done, ... encourage yourself. PS. If that is not enough, look for "sport motivation" at youtube. Hope this helps ;-)

You can do it don't give up just think of the advantages in the long run better health, looking good in your clothes, feeling better and getting in shape is awesome. !!!!!!!! :)
