It is going to take a lot of work on my part to accomplish this goal. Week by week is my motto. If I have a bad day, it doesn't tank my whole progress. I need to have a good week.

GOAL 1 (weekly): July 21-27: The goal is to drink at least four cups of water and not eat past 8:00pm.

GOAl 2: Exercise on three occassions for at least 20 minutes

GOAL 3: Increase Protein intake daily to atleas 50grams; decrease fat intake daily to 60mgrams

Protein: 75-100grams of protein per day (40%)
Fat: 53-60 grams (1600-2000 cal diet); No more than 30% of your diet should be from fat
Carbs: 30%
