Having a couple bad eating days coupled by the fact that my gym has been closed for a few days... and will be until Tuesday for re-modeling... DUOH! Doing a circuit training class outside at lunchtime instead... maybe I can get a few of these added pounds off then...

Today, there will be LOTs of water consumed!
