I was very surprised that my weight went down, not a lot, but it did go down. Now all I have to do is keep my diet going. Right now, I am not feeling deprived because I am finding things that I can have that won't sabotage my calorie intake. I'm good!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
