If I may offer my spin, I peeked at your food diary, here are a few things that I've found that have helped me contrasting yours (just ideas): always eat a breakfast high in protein, it'll sustain your energy longer throughout the day...more protein, you really can't have enough protein, it's such a clean energy source....fats and carbs are also sources of energy so beware lessening them both so much (look for healthier options so they burn and aren't stored, things like unsaturated fats and fiber-rich carbs are good for you)...I always get a little wary whenever people go under 1200 calories, your body tends to get scared and store what you do take in as fat for energy...1200 is technically the minimum for a sedentary lifestyle (just to survive sitting on a couch basically)...calories aren't a bad thing, they give you energy so don't be scared to bump up your intake a bit....

when you first start a new workout program, your muscles can retain water to help them heal. This can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller loss than usual. It will go away. You know it's not fat. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuation and the causes. It's a great article.
