Stayed the same from yesterday...but I cheated a bit with chocolate so I expected that. Time to forgive myself and move forward. At least it wasn't a gain!
248.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
