Not 100 % if I will be posting tomorrow ??
So I’m half excited & half feeling sorta scared
My Knee Dr is putting me under anesthesia so he can bend my left knee !!
a little over 5 weeks ago I had a knee replacement and the scare tissue grew faster then my physical therapy and my rang of motion stopped at 90 % so he is going to bend it for me 120 at least is what he’s looking for .
Then the same day I will be going to physical therapy for 10 days in a row so glad I’m going to be able to bend that knee ……but feeling a little Like a scaredy cat !!

That feeling is normal. But I am hoping that all goes well with you tomorrow and that the pain is minimal at best while rehabbing. Stay strong, you can do it and know that "this too...shall pass." Have a great evening!

Been through that DreamCatcher10. 7 months post-op now. Just gotta go somewhere else in your mind to get through it. I cried too. Anything that got me through I did it. Praying is good. I am here to tell you, you will come out the other side kicking and kicking.
