How long have you been on a plateau? According to Atkins, at least one month of no weight loss is considered a plateau.

I looked at your weight chart and it appears you're losing weight steadily. You don't have much weight left to lose, so it's normal that the weight loss will be slow. A plateau is no weight loss, not even 0.1 lbs for at least one month. If you're losing something, you're heading in the right direction - towards your goal! You'll get there. Just don't give up.

Yes you are losing fine. You are getting very close to goal, so the weight loss is slowing down. You may see those ups and downs of pounds (water weight shifting). You can switch up foods. Up your protein and fiber intake. Kick up your exercise plan. Upping the intensity level can burn more fat. Switch up the exercise you are doing. Keep the diet tight (extra bites, licks and tastes add up quickly). Just keep on keeping on.

if your body changes fat into muscles than your weight might stay the same but the fat% is going down so that's good! :)

I just looked at my weight loss history and the last two weight losses were during a time where i couldnt eat much because of my wisdomteeth. so Im actually a month on the same weight... Im trying to eat even less then normal carbs.. doing more cardio. Hope it works :)

You can change fat in muscles, that's impossible! Also when you in a calorie defecit you can't build muscle. The most important thing is your calories, you don't need to eat less carbohyrates, you should be in a calorie deficit, carbs don't make you gain wait but a calorie surplus. By the way woman also should do fitness and leave cardio for what it is. I train 5 times a week, my fatpercentage is 10%, i never do cardio, the most important thing is to be in a calrie deficit, good luck!
