I am NOT in a good mood this morning. We did 290minutes of exercise in the last week, and no movement on the scale. It's not like I went hog wild with the eating either. Also, I am holding fluid like a water tank. I didnt think I ate more salt than usual last week, but maybe I did?
I have one week and 2 days from now until I hit my year mark, and while I know I have lost alot of weight this year, and that year mark is an arbitrary point in time, and its only a deadline for me in my own mind, I am disappointed and more than a little pissy at the thought of not only not hitting even my original goal of 98lbs, but that I may not lose ANY more weight if this plateau continues past this week.
I am pushing the water today, in the hopes that I will WHOOSH out the fluid I am retaining and see some progress.
