I am NOT in a good mood this morning.
We did 290minutes of exercise in the last week, and no movement on the scale. It's not like I went hog wild with the eating either. Also, I am holding fluid like a water tank. I didnt think I ate more salt than usual last week, but maybe I did?

I have one week and 2 days from now until I hit my year mark, and while I know I have lost alot of weight this year, and that year mark is an arbitrary point in time, and its only a deadline for me in my own mind, I am disappointed and more than a little pissy at the thought of not only not hitting even my original goal of 98lbs, but that I may not lose ANY more weight if this plateau continues past this week.

I am pushing the water today, in the hopes that I will WHOOSH out the fluid I am retaining and see some progress.

Hey don't beat your self up! This is great what you have done so far! You know everyone says it. Then last 10lbs are the hardest. And they truly are relax don't stress they are the ones you might not get rib of with hard work it simply builds more muscle and muscle is more weight. It's not all about the scale it's about how you feel for it. Check your RDI you should redo it each 20lbs you lose be sure its not too much. You are doing great! Hang in there and don't stress!

Ok.. nor 98 but 86 in year and being more active is NOT something to scoff at. Remember that. And if you're retaining water.. that could be 7lbs right there!

Thanks ya'll. I'm just putting alot of pressure on myself lately...Bella, I hope you are right, and 7lbs comes rolling off in the next day or two! lol

Also if you have increased or changed what you are doing for exercise your muscles may be in a repair cycle which means they normally retain fluids

Congrats on your great achievement! I looked at your food journal- I am no expert, but I'd increase calories if I were you. That might re-jumpstart your loss. Good luck!
