I would love to get some opinions
I will be going on a road trip for about a month. I am debating the merit of continuing to count calories for the trip. I don't want the counting to take away from enjoying everything but at the same time with it being such a long trip I feel like if I don't watch myself I could throw myself pretty far off track. Of course there is a lot of driving involved but we will also be doing a lot of walking and hiking and maybe kayaking, so trying to stay active.
Is there really any middle ground with counting calories? I would love any suggestions!

I went to Hawaii for two weeks, and instead of counting calories I made reasonable choices. I opted for fish over burgers, etc. Worked for me.
