I have totally avoided logging food whenever we go out to restaurants. Usually there are drinks involved. I am certain those hollow beer calories are not helping me get any closer to my goal. On the upside the scales did go down and I am feeling stronger.
210.9 lb Lost so far: 9.1 lb.    Still to go: 19.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 2.9 lb a week
