Quit working out in June. 1 month off of diet & working out and the weight is climbing. My calorie intake -outgo doesn't make sense. Up 2 lbs from yesterday - I recorded exactly what I ate. I mowed the grass and climbed 6 stories all at once in the building at work. Body is just weird.
231.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 96.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

Remember what Chris said about how weight naturally fluctuates. Dont be discouraged. So long as you're eating right and exercising the weight will come off. My advise...throw the scale away. You look great, feel great and your cloth is fitting better so there you go, trash the scale. Keep up the good work.
