I am going to continue doing exercise at the Senior Center. Trying hard to stick to losing weight. Today is Wednesday and I have Olivia and Tess (Grandchild) every Wednesday. Trying to conquer not eating off plan while they are here. Today is 7/9/2014[color=red]


210.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
