The weekend is well behind me now!! I have been drinking loads of water and the scales are showing friendlier signs of recovery!! I am continuing my daily workouts. Trying to stay positive!!

You're going great, gal! I'm trying to drink lots of water too, instead of 3-4 diet colas a day. It's hard for me but I'm getting used to it, & I think I'm seeing some results, but will know for certain soon. Keep it up, you're a huge inspiration to me & others too I'm sure. Hugs, Glammer
