Summer splurging is done, cutting out the booze for a long while and getting back to slow carb. I did so well keeping weight off before, but old habits have really snuck back into my daily routine and three years later I find myself with climbing weight again. I know what the habits are, I know how to change them - I've done it before. Let this be a lesson to me that just because you lose the weight doesn't mean you are immune to gaining it back. Time to march that scale back down to the lower 220s.
