I've been around long enough to know what to do, and what not to do, what to eat and what not to eat, and that exercise and portion controls are my only path back to better fitness and less belly fat, bubble butt and saddle bags. Yet, I don't seem to give a damn. wth?

Sometimes it is the biggest struggle to accept that our bodies are going to do what it wants. All we can do is give it the proper fuel. Hang in there.
