9st 10 (SS at WW) Apart from kryptonite cookies Monday and a special Muller yogurt (but everyone knows after WW weigh in doesn't count, right?!) I've been really good this week, and that despite it being time of the month, in an attempt to prepare for this weekend's indulgences. I've got Pizza Express this evening and an Indian tomorrow. But both are doable within maintenance points, as long as I don't go mad. I've been looking back over some of my statistics in another app and it has motivated me so I am keen to make July a good month of loss - you heard it here first! - so I can go into the August hols in good shape as per the last couple of years :-)
136.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
