Sisters just left after 5 days visiting (17-22). We overdid it with eating but it was delicious and fantastic. Time to make some changes to get down to my ideal weight. ;)

175.2 lb Lost so far: 32.8 lb. Still to go: 40.2 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Yup, I just spent three days visiting family for a college graduation. We overdid it a little food-wise too, but that's just the way it goes!
