Working Day and night between primary job and rental unit work. That messes up my schedule and causes me to get home late and snack. I need a meal plan for this type of schedule so my eating isn't compulsive. Late-night compulsive food binges are still my #1 problem. VERY frustrating.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
