Weight is not moving even though I am. Frustrating but determined to see this through ... Slow but sure!
163.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Switch things up. Make sure you are tracking all your food honestly. Sometimes we slack and that can cause our weight to stay the same. Up your protein. Watch sodium levels. Limit processed foods. Drink water. Switch up your exercise routine. Up duration or intensity. Switch up your foods.
