Noodles 25's Journal, 13 June 2014

Well I am down 1 pound this week. I was hoping to be down 2 but I am not going to let this get me down. I am just going to track my calories more closely. I must say that it does feel good when I work out everyday. I can feel my body changing I am just waiting to see all the good result.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Great job and a pound is awesome! Plus with exercise, you may see a pound loss on the scale but a bunch of inches lost if you measured yourself.

Doing good, I am still working on the exercise, need more will power. Yesterday, I walked around the park fast. Lost one pound. Benefits, how sweet they are.
