Ok I keep playing with the same couple of pounds. Up three, down one, up two, down three. Yadda, Yada, Yadda! I have at least forty more pounds I want to shed. At this rate it will not happen. I have to get a plan together again and commit to it. Ugh!

possible you're in a plateau, maybe change up your exercise routine a bit or add some more protein??
