Can anyone help me figure out what my macros should be? SEEMS like every time i use the calculator on the website it gives me drasticlly differant numbers> help!

yes- dont know my body fat% and im clearly not an athlete... so its not very accurate

When I compared the numbers of the athlete's formula to the lean mass formula, they were very close. Try it. It's probably the best website for figuring out those calculations :)
