Just super down about stuff these days guys... turning to food. Need human motivation not the taste of a Butterfinger

Put on your favourite music and dance or walk or call a good friend that you haven't had a chat with in a while or look at your weight loss graph so far. You inspired me when we were doing the 10% challenge.

Message me anytime you want to visit about what is going on. I need to create a challenge so that I am ready to start on helping my weight go down. They really help motivate me when others are doing the same. Would that be something you are interested in?

Your progress so far has been fantastic. Maybe it is time to ease off on yourself for a couple of weeks. I don't mean eating junk or reverting to the old ways that got you to fatsecret in the first place. I mean eating sensibly but not trying to actually lose weight for a couple of weeks. My personal trainer told me it is almost impossible to over eat if you are eating the right things. Once you have proved to yourself that this weight loss is sustainable and you can eat in a more healthy way you will be ready to cut back again to lose those last few pounds. Good luck. You really have done a great job so far.
