Spent the weekend in San Francisco. Completed the 'Escape from Alcatraz' swim. Ate way to much all weekend and had to pay the price upon weigh in today, gained 4 lbs. A couple of those lbs should melt away in the next two days as the reajusted diet kicks in. It is a daily battle with weight.
183.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I know the feeling well. Sometimes you do better than others. The trick is to keep those sp;urges to a minimum rather than the norm. You'll bounce back.
