On the weekend i had a friend take pictures of me for my before picture. I was absolutely mortified and it upset me so much! I thought i was in a better shape than i actually was! I used to cheat on my diet and think it would be ok and that i could get away with it! Not anymore!! ... I haven't fell out with food but i will never look at it in the same way again. I can honestly say it was like shock therapy and it's Done me a world of good! xxx
